Due to current SOFA requirements in the European Theater, contractors are required to present a DD Form 1172-2 to the issuing facility for signed verification of employment. If you are acquiring dependent ID cards for multiple family members we would ask you to use one time slot for every 2 depedents. If you have 4 dependents you would make 2 appointments, Please make them one right after the other (i.e. 9:00 & 9:20).
